Gazbia is a service designer with 10+ years of experience leading, designing and facilitating social innovation projects for the UN and governments in the Middle East, North Africa and UK, improving the lives of vulnerable communities.

Gazbia co-founded the United Nations Development Programme’s first Innovation Lab in Egypt, coordinating it for 5 years. In the UK she has worked as a service designer for Snook and the Government Digital Service. She has extensive experience coaching junior designers and client teams to succeed.
