Steph is the founder of Making Lemonade, an organisation that provides talent development for disabled professionals & supports organisations to be more inclusive and disability confident.

Her career began in fashion designing for high street labels, such as Ted Baker and M&S until she experienced unexpected sight loss. She became personally and professionally interested in reducing & removing the barriers disabled people face in the workplace, advocating on disability issues, diversity and inclusion.
