Tiwonge Cohn is CEO & Founder of Yenge Consultancy, an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) & Human Resources Consultancy. She has held strategic and operational roles in this field for over 14 years. She is a third culture kid, who brings a wealth of experience from the public, private and charitable sectors. She has lived, studied, and worked across four continents building rapport with diverse cultures.

Aside from her EDI career, Tiwonge is the Safeguarding Trustee for Changing Faces, a trustee for Debt Justice UK and a volunteer strategic coach to charity executives.

Tiwonge is currently delivering training in equity and anti-racism as part of LEAD, our collaboration with the Black Leadership Group to provide Design Labs for the Greater London Authority's Mayor of London Design Lab.
