Amarjit is skilled in leading culture change and leadership programmes with a focus on social equity and anti-racism. He is Co-founder and Director of the Black Leadership Group (BLG) and has held senior leadership roles in Further and Higher Education institutions, serving diverse communities in England. Several of the institutions he lead attained outstanding accreditations and Queen’s Anniversary Prizes for innovation and quality in the provision of training and skills.

Amarjit has also held Board membership roles with Pearson Education Limited, Cogent and Engineering UK. He is currently delivering training in equity and anti-racism as part of LEAD, our collaboration with the Black Leadership Group to provide Design Labs for the London Mayor on Workforce Integration.
