Phillippa is a leading service design consultant and facilitator with 15 year’s experience. She is also an accredited Lego Serious Play practitioner and the founder of Current.Works, with clients ranging from niche lifestyle brands and startups to Fortune 500 Corporations, and government departments.

Phillippa is an associate for the UK Design Council and Deloitte and co-authored the book ‘This is Service Design Doing’. She enjoys post-grad teaching in service design and design management at the University of the Arts London, University of Dundee and Hyper Island, and human centred design coaching for NESTA.
