Joe is a former Design Director at Belmond, LVMH, & Head of Design at IHG & Virgin Atlantic. During 15 years at Virgin, he redefined the brand and the long-haul flight experience with innovative new in-flight sleep seats and distinctive airport lounges.

Joe is a powerful advocate for design and was a trustee on the UK’s Design Council and Executive Board of D&AD. He is currently visiting Professor of Design at Brunel University. Joe delivers design masterclasses for Design Thinkers Academy London as part of our bootcamp courses.
