Simon Gough

Associate Service Design Director

Simon is a service designer, facilitator and trainer with over two decades’ experience of working with government departments, commercial companies and charities. He focuses on service design and design thinking as approaches to organisational transformation and has particular skills in strategy, co-design and data.

For over eight years Simon led Ravensbourne University’s MDes in Service Design Innovation while developing complementary modules in organisation design, systems thinking and transition design. He has also taught a regular workshop in organisation design at Hyper Island in Manchester and is an Open Data Institute Registered Trainer.
